At MAWebAppsHub, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Deposit Policy

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project
• The deposit covers initial planning, research, strategy, and early design/development work
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they compensate for time and resources already invested
• If you cancel before any work has started (within 48 hours of payment), a full deposit refund may be issued

2. Project Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel a project after work has begun, the refund amount depends on the stage of work completed:

• 0–25% project completion: 50% of remaining balance refunded (deposit retained)
• 25–50% project completion: 25% of remaining balance refunded (deposit retained)
• 50–75% project completion: No refund of remaining balance (deposit retained)
• 75–100% project completion: No refund. Final payment is due upon delivery

The percentage of completion will be determined by MAWebAppsHub based on work completed and documented.

3. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to use your included revision rounds:

• All packages include up to 3 rounds of revisions per major deliverable
• Revisions must be requested in writing within 7 days of deliverable submission
• If you are unhappy with the direction, we will work with you to address concerns during revision rounds
• Refunds will not be issued if you simply changed your mind about the project direction after work was approved

4. Monthly Retainer Services (Marketing, SEO, Maintenance)

• Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun
• You may cancel your retainer at any time with 30 days written notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial-month refunds are provided

5. Digital Marketing Campaign Refunds

• Management fees paid to MAWebAppsHub are non-refundable once the campaign has launched
• Third-party advertising spend (Google Ads budget, Facebook Ads budget) may be partially recoverable depending on platform policies — we will assist you in claiming any available refunds from the platforms directly
• We do not guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns, as performance depends on many external factors

6. Circumstances Where Full Refunds May Be Granted

A full refund (including deposit) may be issued in these rare circumstances:

• MAWebAppsHub is unable to begin work within the agreed timeframe and you wish to cancel
• MAWebAppsHub fundamentally fails to deliver on the agreed scope after exhausting all revision rounds
• Technical errors on our part result in irrecoverable project failure

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

• Include your full name, project details, and reason for the refund request
• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
• We will review and respond with a decision within 5–7 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method

8. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services, legal action, and additional fees. We will always work in good faith to resolve disputes fairly.
